Our Story

At E & M Home Inspections community and family is our passion. The Columbia Basin has our hearts.  I was born and raised in Moses lake. I loved growing up here and graduated high school in 2003. Shortly after he met my wife Lacey and decided to make Moses Lake our life-long home.  

I worked for a local factory where I specialized in maintenance and environmental health and safety.  I always had a love for architecture and home construction, but wasn’t until I had his first daughter that homes and the safety of the occupants became my real passion.  

The name E & M is inspired by our daughters Elliott and Mae. E & M Home Inspection strives to give thorough and easy to read reports to let our clients know every aspect of the home to put them in a better purchasing decision. We make any safety concerns known, because your family’s safety and well-being is what matters to us the most. We look to serve our clients and community to the fullest.
